So my boss wants me to work lunches and in doing so improve the amount of business we do. One to do this is to sell the lunches in person. He has given me the green light to do almost anything I wish. I can be quite aggtressive in terms of giving samples i.e. coupons for 1/2 or BOGO, coupons for % off or whatever. I would like to take some cheese cake samples with me as I pass out fliers. The fliers are almost done and next week i will begin taking them to businesses and the community college in the area.
